How to make mango banana smoothie
Mango and banana and kefir – what more could anyone ask for? This smoothie tastes incredible when you have it with second fermentation and chilled with refrigeration.

Ingredients
- 01 1/4 cup banana
- 02 1/4 cup mango
- 03 1/2 cup milk kefir
- 04 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- 01 Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
- 02 Serve chilled. Makes one serving.
